Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Enquiries: your name, work email, brokerage, phone (if given), broking system, timeline and message. We use them to reply and arrange a call. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• Insight emails: only if you tick the box. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Website analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookie notice.

Who processes it for us

• Our CRM provider (EU data centre): holds enquiries and email preferences
• Our automation hosting (UK/EU): passes the form to the CRM
• Google (Analytics), only with your consent

We keep personal data in the UK or EU. We never sell it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become clients: 24 months from the last contact. Insight email preferences: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
